Justworks is a Professional Employer Organization that handles the administrative details of starting and running a small business. We were tasked with launching the brand to market. With Justworks, entrepreneurs and small businesses are free to focus on the hard, rewarding work of doing what they love. We remove one of the many pressures of running a business. We developed a creative platform around the philosophy of ‘Work Fearlessly’. The campaign saw sales increase year-over-year by 165%.
HALLOWEEN: For entrepreneurs, every day can be the scariest day of the year. And buying a Halloween costume is probably the last thing on anyone’s mind when your to-do list is piling up. So we built six Halloween costumes to free you up to work fearlessly and sent them to our friends across New York City.
#BOSSFACE: Starting and running a business is equal parts joy and pain. Often these emotions are written all over the faces of those tasked with managing those businesses. We wanted to create a campaign that proved that we saw that, and had the goods to help make the pain hurt a little less, and the joy last a little longer. We branded the struggle small business decision makers feel, and gave it a name. That name is #bossface. The struggle is real, but thanks to Justworks, so is the solution.
